Prepare Cookie Dough.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In small mixer bowl, on medium speed of electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Blend in sour cream, egg and vanilla.
Pour into crust.
Whisk the eggs and milk together in a large bowl, then stir in the melted butter and the cookie mix in a jar. Stir well to make a soft dough. Cover and leave to rest for 30 mins.
Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Divide and roughly shape the mixture into 14 circles, well-spaced on a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 14-16 mins until just golden. Leave on the baking sheet for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Combine all ingredients except graham cracker crumbs.
Mix until smooth.
Add graham cracker crumbs.
Bake 325 F oven for 50-55 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool and serve with whipped topping.

In a blender, sprinkle gelatin over cold milk.
Let stand for 2 minutes.
Add hot milk and process at low speed until dissolved, about 2 minutes.
Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process until blended.
Arrange chocolate in the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
Pour in gelatin mixture, sprinkle with crushed cookies.
Chill until firm, about 2 hours.

This recipe is so easy because it's made entirely in the pan in which it is baked.

(I do this on the top of the stove at a low heat.)
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the butter or margarine.
Pour condensed milk over crumbs.
Top with remaining ingredients and press down.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

Melt 1/2 cup butter.
Add top layer of graham cracker crumbs. Pat evenly in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
Sprinkle remaining ingredients into crumb mixture.
Spread evenly with spoon.
Pour can of sweetened condensed milk.
Mix evenly.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool--cut into bars.
Makes 36 bars.
Gently stir in the graham cracker crumbs and sifted flour.
Mix together and put in a 9-inch square pan.
(If recipe is doubled, put in cookie sheet.)
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
