Blood Orange Margarita

Mix the Blood Orange Juice, Lime Juice, Cointreau and Tequila together in a large pitcher.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until chilled.
Moisten the rim of the margarita glasses with a wedge of orange (oranges are fine if you are unable to locate blood oranges) and dip in the salt.
Add ice to the pitcher, shake the mixture and strain into the salted margarita glasses. Garnish each with a slice of blood orange.
Leftovers? Freeze and blend at a later celebration!

Citrus Margarita

Combine liqueur, tequila, orange juice, lime juice and grapefruit juice in a large pitcher and mix well.
Chill covered in the refrigerator.
To serve, rub the rims of margarita glasses with lime wedges and dip in margarita salt, rotating gently to cover the rims evenly.
Fill the salt-filled glasses with ice.
Shake the chilled margarita mixture in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and strain into the prepared glasses.
Garnish each serving with orange, lime and/or grapefruit slices.

Margarita De Tamarindo

Rub lime wedge around rim of margarita glass or martini glass. Dip rim in chile salt and set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the tamarind, tequila, cointreau, syrup and ice.
Shake vigorously til frothy and cold, at least 15 seconds to allow tiny ice crystals to form in the drink.
Strain into salt-crusted glass and serve immediately.

Classic Margarita

Combine tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and simple syrup. Turn a glass upside down and dip wet rim into a saucer of salt. Strain margarita into the salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with lime slice.

The Best Raspberry Margarita!

Pour the sweet and sour mix, tequila, cointreau, and raspberry liqueur into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until the shaker is frosty on the outside. Rub the rim of a margarita glass with a lime wedge, then dip in salt. Add a few ice cubes to the glass, then strain the liquid from the shaker carefully into the glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Pineapple-Orange Margarita

Combine pineapple juice, tequila, Cointreau, orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in large pitcher. (Can be prepared 6 hours ahead. Refrigerate.)
Add 3 cups ice cubes to pitcher and stir to blend well.
Pour margarita into cocktail glasses. Garnish with pineapple spears and maraschino cherries, if desired, and serve.

Original Margarita

Mix Cointreau, tequila and lime juice with ice.
Stir, strain into a Margarita glass and serve.

El Nino Margarita

Rim a LARGE Margarita glass with coarse salt and Fill with ice.
Flash blend all ingredients except for orange slice and cherry.
Pour into Ice Margarita glass and garnish with the orange and cherry.

Austin Margarita (Aka Mexican Martini)

Place the ice cubes into a margarita glass. Pour in the tequila, Cointreau, and Grand Marnier. Pour in the lime juice, orange juice, and lemon juice to taste. Garnish with a pimento stuffed olive if desired

A Perfect Margarita

Salt the rims of 2 large margarita glasses. To do so, pour salt onto a small plate, moisten the rims of the glasses on a damp towel and press them into the salt.
In a cocktail mixer 3/4 full of ice, combine tequila, Grand Marnier, cointreau, simple syrup, raspberry liqueur and lime juice. Pour in sweet and sour until ice is covered. Shake vigorously and strain into glass.

Grand Margarita

Authentic Margarita Mix

Place ingredients in blender and blend well.
For an authentic Magarita, mix three parts mix, 1 part tequila and 1/2 part Cointreau or Triple Sec and serve in a glass with salted rim. (To salt the rim, wipe rim of glass with lime skin and dip upside down in a plate of salt.
To make bartenders simple syrup, used in bars since it won't cloud or settle in your drink, take 1 cup water, 2 cups sugar and simmer or Nuke (microwave) until the sugar is dissolved, cool to room temperature Keep on hand.

Wild Cherry Margarita

Place liquid ingredients in the bottom of your blender (do not add ice first or you will jam the blades).
Add ice.
Puree until ice is smooth and margarita is thick and creamy, adding ice to achieve consistency if necessary.
Pour into a frosted margarita glass, garnish with maraschino cherry, and enjoy!
