Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in saucepan.
Blend in hot water, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 2 minutes.
Add milk. Stir and heat.
Do not boil.
Remove from heat; add vanilla.
Beat with rotary beater until foamy.
Makes 6 (6 ounce) servings.

Whisk or stir quickly to dissolve cocoa into milk.

Sift together the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, non dairy creamer, salt and Kool-aid drink mix.into a large bowl. Stir in the milk powder. Pour into pint jars. Clost tightly.
Yields about 9 cups prepared cocoa.

RASPBERRY COCOA.
Put 3 tablespoons mix into a cup and add hot water.Stir.

Makes 1 gallon powdered drink.
When serving to drink, add 1/4 cup of powdered mix to your cup of hot water (coffee cup).
Add a 1/2 teaspoon of more instant coffee for a mocha taste.
