To make Onion-Balsamic Sauce: cook onion in a large skillet
rimp completely. Reserve shells for sauce (recipe to follow) and rinse shrimp

Experiment with ingredients to make it just the way you like!

In a separate bowl, put beaten egg and milk. Dip chicken pieces in egg, then in onion ring mixture.
Place chicken in baking dish. Pour melted margarine over all pieces and top with any remaining onion ring mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Refrigerate, allowing flavors to blend for at least 2 hours.
Serve with onion rings, poppers, and other yummy fried things.

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat slowly on medium heat until all ingredients are dissolved (except the onion) and sauce begins to bubble slightly.
This should be done about 20 minutes before the meatloaf is done baking. Remove meatloaf from oven and spread the hot mixture over the meatloaf liberally. Return prepared meatloaf to the oven for the remaining 20 minutes.
Put meat in heavy kettle.
