Pour into a collins glass on ice. Liquors first followed by sour mix and then blue curacao to preference. Straw and garnish with a lemon.

Wash the duck in cold water and discard any loose fat or skin. (Save the fat for another use).
Place the duck in a roasting pan.
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil and pour the water over the duck, making sure entire bird is covered.
Drain completely.
Place the duck on a rack in a roasting pan.

For each drink:
Fill shaker
In a tall shot glass, pour the grenadine in first.
Slowly pour the blue curacao over the back of a spoon so it is layered over the top of the grenadine.
Slowly pour the Goldschlager over the blue curacao.
Drink the whole thing all at once to get the full flavor of a red hot Southern drink!
Pour the Malibu coconut rum into a pina colada glass over ice. Add the pina colada mix and blue curacao; serve unstirred to see color difference, stir when ready to drink. It's very pretty. Serve with whipped cream on top if you wish.

VARIATIONS:
Long Island Iced Tea: Replace the spiced
Brew tea and add sugar to your liking. Fill glass halfway with ice. Pour sweetened tea and ginger ale over ice. Squeeze juice from a lemon wedge into drink and enjoy!
*note: letting the tea cool a little before pouring over the ice will allow the healthy nutrients in the tea to remain in the drink.

Fill a 6-8 oz glass with crushed ice.

In a large punch bowl, stir together the drink mix, lemon-lime soda, and white cranberry juice. Taste, and stir in sugar to your liking. (I like to add the whole cup.) Float scoops of ice cream on the top. The ice cream melts somewhat and turns the punch a beautiful baby blue color with frothy white clouds floating on the top.
In a large plastic or glass punch bowl stir together the Kool-Aid drink mix powder with 7-Up and white cranberry juice until well combined.
Stir in sugar starting with 3/4 cup and adding in more to taste (make certain to stir until no granules remain).
Place scoops of ice cream on the top of the punch, the ice cream will somewhat melt and create a beautiful baby blue colour that resemble white clouds floating on top).
