Some essential oils you may like to consider using are: Lemon (refreshing), Lavender (relaxing, calming), Geranium (calming), Mandarin (calming) or a blend of Lemon (2 drops), Eucalyptus (3 drops), Pine (1 drop) and Lavender (2 drops) for a get-well message!

Combine the essential oils with the vodka in a bottle, shake well and set aside for three weeks in a dark place.
Add distilled water and set aside again for another week, shake once a day.
Store in dark bottles or keep in a cool dark place.

The essential oils are optional, but the product would greatly improve with them added.

Bergamot oil can cause skin irratations if exposed to sun.
Combine the sea salts, baking soda, and Epsom salts in a bowl.

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons glycerin to keep your skin from drying out (more for dry skin, less for oily skin) and essential oils of choice.

Store any unused mixture in a glass jar with a screw top (I use mayonnaise jars).
