Put grated Black Diamond in bottom of crock (just enough to cover bottom). Pour hot soup over that and add toasted French bread in slices. Top with more grated Black Diamond cheese. Bake in 500\u00b0 oven until cheese melts and is bubbly, almost brown.
For Black Peppercorn Syrup:
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar has dissolved.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to bring mixture to a simmer; cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Strain the cooled syrup and refrigerate it in a container with a tightfitting lid.
For Martini:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Stir with a bar spoon, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Spread sugar over a small plate. Pour lemon juice onto another small plate. Dip the rim of a martini glass in the lemon juice, then into the sugar to coat.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, black cherry juice, grapefruit juice, and agave nectar. Cover shaker with lid and shake vigorously until chilled, about 10 seconds. Strain drink into prepared martini glass and garnish with maraschino cherry.

Black Pepper Vinaigrette:

Rinse clams thoroughly.
Place in 5 cups of water and bring to a boil.
As soon as clams start to open, remove from stove and set aside and drain.

Heat oil; add garlic and black bean.
Add broth, sugar, oyster sauce, shoyu, salt and ajinomoto.
Make cornstarch paste by adding water to the cornstarch.
Add to sauce to thicken.
Set tofu in a bowl that will fit in a steamer basket, wok or deep wide pan; cover tofu.
Place on a rack over about 1-inch of boiling water in pan.
Cover and steam until hot, about 10 minutes.
Serve warm tofu, topped with Black Bean Sauce or honey.
Simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Simmer until the sugar is dissolved about 3 minutes. Store in a closed container in refrigerator.
Rim of Glass: Line the rim of a martini glass with honey and dip into graham cracker crumbs, coating the rim with crumbs.
Martini: Combine vanilla vodka, fresh key lime juice, simple syrup, half and half and ice in a martini shaker. Shake well until very cold. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lime wedge.
Mix first 6 ingredients together and allow flavors to mix for one hour.
Add softened cream cheese and mix well. Use reserved olive liquid to thin if dip is too thick.
Chill overnight.
Serve in Martini glass with a skewer of additional olives or pearl onions, surrounded by raw veggies or crackers of your choice.
