Peel, core and fine dice the apples or \"coarse grate\" in processor.
Place sugar and water in deep pan over low fire. While syrup is cooking, make up one batch of Best Biscuit mix. Roll dough 1/4-inch thick in a rectangle.
Spread apples evenly over dough.
Then roll up and cut as for cinnamon rolls.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Drain water out and add enough oil to saute chicken and garlic. Brown on all sides. You can do this in shifts if needed.
Add equal parts of soy sauce and vinegar(can be more or less than 1 cup, just add enough to cover meat), as well as the bay leaves and seasonings to taste.
Simmer for at least 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Serve with white rice, which tastes best after rinsed off several times to remove the starch from it.

Baking Spice - Copycat Pampered Chef Cinnamon Plus Mix

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Store in an air tight container.
Use this mix in recipes that call for the ingredients above.
I substitute this for all of my cinnamon needs.
If a recipe calls for the spices add up all of the measurments and just put in the same amount of this blend.
It tastes great used in cinnamon and sugar for toast and in cinnamon rolls.

The Best Chicken Salad Ever

1. In a food processor, combine the chicken, mayo, coleslaw dressing, celery, onion & lemon juice. Adjust coleslaw dressing & mayo as needed to it doesn't get to \"soupy\".
2. Blend until well mixed. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Refrigerate until chilled.
*I chopped my chicken, celery & onion with my pampered chef food chopper. I then added the dressing, mayo & seasonings. It worked great!

Chef-Boy-I-Be Illinois' Daikon And Fennel Salad

Peel and trim the daikon radish.
Trim and quarter the fennel bulb.
Peel and trim the carrot.
Thinly slice the fennel bulb and shred the carrot and radish (the food processor works really well here!).
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon salt over veggies and mix to incorporate. Allow to sit 20-30 mins, then rinse and drain thoroughly.
Combine juice of one lemon, olive oil and salt and pepper and pour over vegetables.
Best served slightly chilled.
