Bread:
Preheat the oven to

Mix eggs, oil, sugars and vanilla and add to dry ingredients.
Stir in zucchini, apples and nuts.
Mixture will be stiff.
Spoon into 3 greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pans or 1 large angel food tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Combine flour and baking powder.
Beat all together and add zucchini and nuts.
Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 4-inch loaf pan.
Bake for 50 minutes or until done at 350\u00b0.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
