Cauliflower With Anchovy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cauliflower, about 3 lb.
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    6 anchovy fillets in oil
    1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
    3 Tbsp. dry breadcrumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Trim the cauliflower, removing tough stems.
    Cook it in boiling salted water until crisp-tender.
    The water must barely touch the tips so that they do not break; drain.
    Transfer to a serving dish and keep warm.
