Mincemeat Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. applesauce, spice or carrot cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. water
1 jar mincemeat
1 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes in a tube pan that has been greased and floured.
