New Classic Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag (1 1/2 lb.) refrigerated, ready-to-cook red potatoes
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chopped kosher dill pickles
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped shallot
    1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
    1/2 Tsp sugar
    1/2 Tsp salt
    1 Tsp olive oil
    1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn, partially thawed
Preparation
    Cook potatoes according to package directions. Drain in colander under cool running water, 30 seconds.
    Set aside.
