Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 small can chopped chilies
    1/2 c. picante
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef bouillon
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken bouillon
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. cumin
    6 corn tortillas, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    3 cooked and cubed chicken breasts
Preparation
    Saute onions, green peppers and garlic in oil in a large Dutch oven until tender.
    Add the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
