Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small zucchini squash
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. water
4 slices cheese
1/4 stick oleo
croutons
grated cheese
Preparation

Cook zucchini, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, salt and pepper in water until tender.
Drain.
Add slices of cheese and oleo. Put into casserole dish.
Top with croutons and grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
