Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 medium Irish potatoes
    1 stick Parkay margarine
    1 c. bacon pieces, fried dry and crumbled
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and cool.
    Cut into small squares.
    Add melted margarine, sour cream and bacon.
    Season to taste.
    You may add cheese in casserole and on top.
