Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted fat
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients. Add milk, well beaten egg and melted fat. Beat. Bake in a shallow greased pan in a hot oven, 375\u00b0, for 20 minutes or more.
