Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for double crust pie
1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced carrots
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/3 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
4 c. cooked, cubed chicken
Preparation

Prepare pastry; set aside.
Cook potatoes and carrots until tender in one saucepan.
Cook celery and onions in another pan. While vegetables are cooking, make gravy by adding flour to the butter in a small pan.
When blended, add chicken broth, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
Bring to a boil.
Set aside.
