Ingredients
    1/4 c. cayenne pepper sauce
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted *
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    97% fat-free wheat sandwich buns
    1 tomato, sliced
    4 lettuce leaves
    4 Tbsp. fat-free Ranch or Blue cheese dressing

    Butter can be substituted with fat-free margarine or Blue Bonnet light to cut more fat grams.
