Zucchini Fruit Bread(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple
1 c. raisins
2 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. unbleached flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs, oil, honey and vanilla until thick and creamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
Add dry ingredients, mixing on low speed until just blended.
Stir in nuts and raisins, then pour into two well-greased loaf pans.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until center is done.
