Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. melted light margarine
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Chop bell pepper and cook in a little oil.
    Mix squash, eggs, cheese, bell pepper, salt, butter and 1/2 the bread crumbs.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 (uncovered).
    Serves 6.
