Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chicken broth
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Line bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish with diced chicken. Add salt and pepper, if needed. Combine soup, sour cream and broth and pour over meat. Mix crushed crackers, margarine and poppy seed. Sprinkle over meat and mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
