Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can or jar sauerkraut
    1 c. sugar (or less)
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 small pimento, chopped or container of pimento
    3 tsp. vinegar
    salt (careful)
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Let stand for 24 hours in refrigerator before serving.
