Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Cut
    fillets
    into serving pieces and place in greased, shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Blend in flour, dash of salt and
    pepper
    and milk.
    Cook and stir until thick.
    Pour over fish
    and sprinkle crumbs over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
    Makes 3 or 4 servings.
