Barbecued Spoonburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. shortening
3 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 1/4 c. canned tomatoes
3/4 c. catsup
1 large chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Melt shortening in skillet.
Lightly brown the ground beef with salt, black pepper, red pepper, onion and chili powder.
Sprinkle flour over mixture.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes and catsup.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 18 to 20 servings.
