Italian Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 chopped clove garlic
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 c. olive oil
    1 c. catsup
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid; shake well.
    Chill 3 hours.
    Strain to remove onion and garlic. Rechill.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups.
