Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin (2 c.)
2/3 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
2/3 c. nuts (optional)
2/3 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) pans or 3 smaller pans.
In
a large bowl, cream oil and sugar.
Stir in eggs, pumpkin
and\twater.\tBlend
in
all\tother ingredients. Pour in
pans.
Bake
for
70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
