Cheese And Chilies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
    4 oz. monterey jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Add green chilies and mix well. Add grated Swiss and cheddar cheeses.
    Pour into 8x9-inch square pyrex dish.
    Sprinkle monterey jack cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 mins. or until bubbly and brown on top.
    Serve with crackers.
