Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    pinch of salt
    3 c. raw red apples, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (no mixer needed).
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch sheet cake pan.
    Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
