Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium apples, pared and sliced
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. melted margarine
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
Preparation

Mix apples with brown sugar in baking pan and set aside.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
Beat egg.
Mix with flour mixture.
Spread over fruit.
Pour margarine over top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes until lightly browned.
Serve warm.
