Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken breast
    1 green pepper
    1 c. blanched cashews
    6 pineapple rings
    1 box frozen snow peas
    3/4 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    sherry
    soy sauce
    powdered ginger
    peanut oil
Preparation
    Cut chicken breast into thumb sized cubes; marinate in a soy sauce/sherry mixture for 4 to 6 hours (overnight is better).
