Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Place dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Bake in well-greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool.
Makes 2 (9-inch) or 3 (8-inch) layers.
