Good 'N Easy Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar plus 1 Tbsp.
    1 scant c. shortening
    1 c. hot water
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water (not hot)
    2 eggs
    6 c. plain flour with 1 tsp. salt mixed in
Preparation
    In a saucepan combine sugar.
    Melt over medium heat the shortening and 1 cup hot water.
    Set aside to cool.
    Dissolve yeast in small bowl with 1 cup warm water (not hot).
    Beat eggs in a large bowl.
    Sift flour with salt mixed in.
