Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Veg-All, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    1/3 c. plus 2 level Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Pour into casserole and top with crackers mixed with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
