Tomato Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1.5-2lb flank steak
    Marinade/Sauce:
    1 can tomato paste
    2 tbsp oregano
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    4 cloves fresh garlic, diced or crushed
    3 tbsp wine vinegar
    1/4 dry sherry or red wine
    1 tsp cracked black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients

    Marinate flank steak in large zip-lock bag or Tupperware for 3 hours or overnight

    Grill on medium-high for 5 minutes per side or until medium rare
