Ingredients

1 quart milk
1/4 cup powdered milk
3-4 Tbsp yogurt
Preparation

Put milk and powdered milk in saucepan. Heat to 180 degrees. Coll to 130 degrees, add yogurt. Mix well. Put in quart jar, wrap in towel and put in cooler with 2 quarts hot water. Done in 8 hours.
