Quinoa Salad From Nanoosh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box of organic quinoa (a 1 lb box)
    1 red pepper
    1/2 red onion
    1/2 cup organic walnut
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup organic raisins
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 branch cilantro (can be replaced with parsley)
    Salt
Preparation
    Cook and chill the quinoa.
    Dice the red onion and pepper to small cubes.
    Chop the cilantro and walnuts.
    Mix all ingredients together (including the raisins and cranberries).
    Add lemon juice and olive oil. Season to taste.
