Greek Pasticcio - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    MEAT SAUCE:
    1 pound ground meat (beef, pork, turkey) or sausage cut to bite size
    1c any veg, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 t cinnamon
    1c wine
    19 oz can crushed or diced tomatos
    2 c uncooked pasta, any shape
    2 c white or bechamel sauce
    1.5 c grated strong cheese
Preparation
    Cook meat in large pot until browned. Add next six ingredient, tomatos last, to pot and simmer until heated through. Prepare white sauce while meat simmers. Cook pasta.

    In large lasagna dish, layer meat sauce, pasta and white sauce, twice. Top with grated cheese. Cook at 345 F for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly.
