Harissa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10-12 dried red chili peppers
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1/2 t salt
    2 T Olive Oil
    1 t ground coriander
    1 t ground caraway seeds
    1/2 t cumin
Preparation
    Soak dried chilies in hot water - 30 mins, drain, remove stems, seeds.
    food processor chili, garlic, salt, oil.
    add remaining spices to form a smooth paste,
    store in airtight container. Drizzle a small amount of oil to keep fresh. will keep for 1 month.
