Baked Parmesan Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tomatoes, halved horizontally with a serrated knife
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 F.
Place tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet. Mix Parmesan, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper and top each tomato half. Drizzle each with olive oil.
Bake, uncovered, until the topping is golden brown and the tomatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving as the tomatoes are hot.
