Chicken And Penne Pasta - cooking recipe

2 tb olive oil
2 tb fresh garlic, finely
1 chopped
2 ts dry oregano
2 ts dry basil
1 1/2 ts salt
3/4 ts black pepper, freshly
1 ground
1/4 ts cayenne pepper
3 c diced canned tomatoes in
1 juice
2 c heavy cream
6 chicken breasts, skinless
1 and boneless
2 c broccoli, cut into 1-in
1 flowerets
2 c fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 box penne noodles, cooked
1 according to package

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic, oregano, and
basil. Saute for 30 seconds. Add the salt, black pepper, cayenne
pepper, tomatoes and their juice and cream. Bring the sauce to a
boil. Boil for five minutes, stirring often.
Broil or grill the chicken breasts until done. Then cut the breast
into 1 x 1 x 1/4-inch pieces.
Steam the broccoli until al dente.
In a very large skillet or saucepan, combine the sauce, chicken,
broccoli, mushrooms, and cooked pasta. Cook until all of the
ingredients are heated.
