Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 cups oil
8-1/2 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups carrots, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins, soaked & drained
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
Cream cheese frosting
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into large bowl.
In another bowl, mix together eggs, sugars and half the oil; add pineapple, carrots, salt, and raisins. Stir.
Add egg mixture to dry ingredients with balance of oil and vanilla. Beat.
Pour into greased 9x13-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Cool completely. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
