Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    acorn squash
    butter
    curry powder
Preparation
    Cut the squash in half. Scoop out the seeds. Discard the seeds. Fill the cavity with 1/2 pat of butter and 1/2 tsp of curry powder in each. Place both halves in a pyrex loaf pan skin side down. Cover with saran wrap or similar cooking wrap. Microwave on high for approximately 8 minutes. Remove wrap carefully. Serve immediately.
