Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3-3/4 cups chopped onion
    3-3/4 cups chopped green bell pepper
    15 (10 ounce) packages mixed salad greens
    30 thinly sliced chicken deli meat, chopped (optional)
    8 tomato, chopped
    1-1/3 cups and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
Preparation
    In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, garlic, and mustard powder. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Stir in minced fresh herbs if desired.

    Balsamic Vinaigrette

    5 cups extra virgin olive oil
    5 cups white balsamic vinegar
    10 cloves crushed garlic
    3 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon ground mustard
    10 pinches salt
    ground black pepper to taste
