White Lightening Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1# dried Navy Beans or 3 cans rinsed
    2 quarts low sodium Chicken Broth
    1 can Corn
    1 Large Onion
    5 Cloves Garlic
    1 tsp Pepper
    1 Tbs Oregano
    1-2 Tbs Cumin depending on taste
    1/4 cup Ground Coriander
    1/2 tsp ground clove
    2-10 oz cans of chunk white chicken(drained) or boiled chicken
    4 oz chopped green chilies
    2 jalapenos seeded and chopped
    1# shredded Monterey Jack or chedder cheese
    8 oz sour cream
    Cilantro chopped
Preparation
    Quick method
    Combine all products except for cheese, sour cream and cilantro. Use canned Beans and Chicken. Simmer for 30 min. Serve
    Long Method
    Sort and wash dried beans; cover with 2 inches water and bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and Let soak for 5-6 hours covered.
    Drain water from beans and add 1 quart broth and add the next 8 ingredients. Bring to boil andreduce heat and simmer for 2-3 hours or until beans are tender. Stir occasionally.
    Add last quart chicken broth, chicken, green chilies, and jalapenos. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with cilantro, cheese and sour cream.
