Peanut Butter Stew/Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups of water for soup, 6 for stew
    1 cup fat-free peanut butter
    1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
    assorted vegetables and other foods
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    rice (optional)
Preparation
    1.Open the can of tomato sauce and add it to boiling water.
    2.Spoon the peanut butter. stir until creamy.
    3.add vegetables and rice.
    4.Cook gently on low for a half hour.
