Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c sugar
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2 c vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 c grated carrots
Preparation
    Cream sugar, vanilla, and oil. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

    Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir into wet ingredients. Stir in the carrots.

    Pour into greased and floured angel food or bundt cake pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
