Standard Pie Crust (Vodka And Butter) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    312 gms all purpose flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp sugar
    2 sticks butter, very cold or frozen
    59 ml vodka very cold
    50 ml water very cold
Preparation
    mix all dry ingredients and pulse or mix with butter until cottage cheese sized lumps

    sprinkle vodka + water and fold in with a spoon until the dough sticks.

    Divide into 2 335 gm disks and refrigerate for 45 mins to 2 days before rolling out.
