Beef Parmagiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak
    1 1/2 C. Bread Crumbs
    2/3 C. Parmesan Cheese
    1 Medium Onion, chopped
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    2 C. Hot Water
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp marjoram
Preparation
    1.\tTenderize round steak with knife until about 3/8 \" thick. Cut into approximately 3x5\" pieces.
    2.\tCombine Bread Crumbs and parmesan cheese in bag.
    3.\tDip meat pieces in egg and shake in bag.
    4.\tFry until golden brown and set in large baking dish.
    5.\tIn same skillet brown onion. Add tomato paste, water, sugar, salt, pepper and marjoram.
    6.\tBoil 3 minutes.
    7.\tPour over meat in baking dish.
    8.\tBake 45 minute covered @ 350\u00b0
    9.\tBake 15 more minutes uncovered
    10.\tJust before serving add one slice cheddar cheese per piece of meat.
    11.\tServe with sauce over spaghetti noodles.
