Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound ground beef
    1 small onion diced
    1 egg
    1/2 cup minute rice
    1 teaspoonful salt
    1/2 teaspoonful pepper
    2 large green peppers cut lengthwise
    1/2 large can tomato juice or V-8
    4 large red potatos peeled and quartered
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except juice,peppers and potatos.In a cake pan place peppers and stuff each with 1/4 of the meat mixture. Place potatos in pan. Pour tomato juice over the top of all. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes.
