Court Boullion Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups cold water
    5 cups white wine
    2 medium carrots, quartered stalks celery, quartered
    1 large onion, quartered
    1 head garlic, halved
    1 lemon, halved
    2 T worcestershire sauce
    1/2 bunch parsley
    5 sprigs fresh thyme
    2 bay leaves
    lemon pepper to taste
Preparation
    bring all ingredients except lemon pepper to a boil and let cool. Place seafood in marinade and let stand for 3 hours. Remove seafood from marinade and season with lemon pepper. Grill until done.
